The ROHM BM1P061FJEVK-001 is a compact, four-terminal SC-Type ME-DC DC/DC converter. The ultra-small converter is designed to meet the stringent efficiency and miniaturization requirements of mobile and portable systems, such as smartphones and tablets. It provides high conversion efficiency, narrow 4:1 input voltage range, excellent line and load regulation, and fast transient response. The converter offers a wide range of fixed output voltages and can handle input voltage ranges of 2.7V to 10.8V or 4.5V to 14V. It is capable of driving up to 1.1A of load current with a minimum output voltage of 0.50V. The BM1P061FJEVK-001 offers excellent EMI and noise performance, over-voltage protection, and current limiting for enhanced reliability.
