Datasheet AC/DC Converter PWM Type DC/DC Converter IC with Integrated Switching MOSFET BM2P0362-Z General Description Key Specifications The PWM type DC/DC converter for AC/DC provides an Operating Power Supply Voltage Range optimal system for all products that require an electrical VCC Pin: 8.9 V to 26.0 V outlet. This IC supports both isolated and non-isolated DRAIN Pin: 730 V (Max) devices and enables simpler designs of various types of Current at Switching Operation: 0.65 mA (Typ) a low power consumption electrical converters. Current at Burst Operation: 0.30 mA (Typ) The built-in 730 V startup circuit contributes to low power Switching Frequency: 65 kHz (Typ) consumption. Operating Temperature Range: -40 C to +105 C Power supplies can be designed flexibly by connecting a MOSFET ON Resistance: 3.0 (Typ) current detection resistor for the switching externally. Current is restricted in each cycle and excellent Package W (Typ) x D (Typ) x H (Max) performances are demonstrated in a bandwidth and DIP7K 9.27 mm x 6.35 mm x 8.63 mm transient response since a current mode control is utilized. The switching frequency is 65 kHz by a fixed method. At light load, the frequency is reduced and high efficiency is achieved. A built-in frequency hopping function also contributes to low EMI. A built-in 730 V switching MOSFET makes designs easy.
