Additional Infomation About Product

The BU4938G-TR with Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisors SSOP5 RoHS is a voltage detector IC with a built-in temperature compensation and delay circuit, manufactured by ROHM. It is manufactured in SSOP5(Small-Outline Package) for use in space-constrained applications. This IC’s rated voltage detection range is 0.8V~5.5V and the accuracy range is within ±1.0%. It also features a reset output delay function and a power-on reset. The reset delay time is adjustable and can be set to between 10ms and 1.6s. It has a power supply voltage range of 2.7V~5.5V, a low supply current (Idd), and is compliant with RoHS standards. This product is suitable for microcontroller/microprocessor supervisors.
