The BU90LV047A-E2/BKN with Driver ICs SSOP-B16 RoHS manufactured by ROHM is a 16-pin SSOP (Small Shrink Outline Package) driver IC device that is RoHS compliant. It is designed with four channel MOSFET drivers to drive MOSFETs with high-side and low-side in half-bridge configuration. It has integrated over-temperature (OT) and under-voltage (UV) shutdown protection, as well as a Anti-cross lower-side FET driver for current sense in low-side MOSFETs. The BU90LV047A-E2/BKN is designed to operate in the DC range of 2.7 to 16V, and can provide a peak output current of 3A.
