It comes in ultra-small package for portable R (at V =3.3V): 63m (Typ) ON IN digital applications. This switch IC operates on low input Bias Current: 0.35A(Typ) voltages ranging from 1.1V to 5.0V and exhibits a typical Standby Current: 0.01A (Typ) ON-resistance of 63 m at 3.3V. The turn ON time of the Operating Temperature Range: -30C to +85C device can be controlled to avoid inrush current.
