The LAPIS Development Kit is part of ROHM's embedded system solutions. It is a comprehensive development kit comprised of hardware and software components that allow developers to quickly create custom systems that make use of LAPIS Semiconductor's range of microcontrollers (MCUs), microprocessors (MPUs), system-on-chip devices, memories, LCD drivers and other integrated circuits (ICs). By utilizing the LAPIS Development Kit developers can spend less time getting their development environment up and running and instead focus on the design of the system being developed. Included are evaluation boards, sample code, a software IDE, schematic capture tools and board support packages. The LAPIS Development Kit is highly customizable and allows users to easily work around the challenges of the specific application.
