MCR01MZSJ150 is a surface mount, fast-acting, single-pole, normally open (SPNO) miniature reed relay made by ROHM Semiconductor. It has an operating voltage of 220V and a contact resistance of 50mO. The relay features a 1 Form A contact structure, with a contact capacity rated at 1A, and contact material of AgSnO2. The relay has a switching time of 10ms and an insulation resistance of 100MO. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C with a 1,5000V dielectric strength.
