It has a flat, circular shape and is designed to provide highly accurate temperature sensing and thermal protection. The device features an NTC (negative temperature coefficient) resistance, allowing it to change its resistance dynamically with temperature changes. This thermistor has a maximum resistance of 18 ohm and a minimum resistance of 1 ohm at room temperature.
