The RU307C MOSFETs with SOT-23 package, manufactured by Ruichips, is a three-terminal, 400V surface mounted device featuring an enhanced voltage tolerance of up to 450Vdc. The device can support an Ids of 200mA with an Rds(on) of 1.0O maximum. This MOSFET presents an ultra-low on-resistance, low gate charge, and high PPAK package which is RoHS compliant. The RU307C is suitable for switching, linear amplifiers, inverting applications, and 5V logic level applications.
