The RUDW01C6 is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) with Battery Management from Ruichips in a SOT23-6 package. It is an RoHS compliant device specifically designed for monitoring, control, acquisition, and protection of battery powered applications. The RUDW01C6 PMIC has a central voltage control loop, which controls the output voltage of the device and a series of protection functions, including protection against overvoltage, short-circuit, over-current, and over-temperature. It also provides the ability to manage the load switch, safely charge and maintain charge levels of a Li-ion battery, and capture the battery's short circuit and overcharge conditions. The device also offers dynamic impedance control, improving the device's load transient response.
