MS1023 is a type of SSOP-28-208mil LVDS ICs (low-voltage differential signaling) manufactured by Ruimeng. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for use in high-speed digital applications. It features low-power consumption, a wide operating temperature range, high noise immunity, and a low noise figure. MS1023 is available with a selectable current mode for lower power dissipation and a higher switching speed than the equivalent discrete solution. This device is designed with a maximum bit-rate of up to 100 Mbps. It is mainly used for short-distance communication in such applications as LCD display, digital audio, instrumentation systems, data acquisition, storage, and automotive displays.
