MS1285D with RS-485/RS-422 ICs is a 1/1 10Mbps transceiver designed by Ruimeng for communication on RS-485 and RS-422 networks. It has 4.5V ~ 7V operation voltage and is available in DIP-8 package compliant with RoHS standards. This transceiver transmits and receives differential signals at data rate up to 10Mbps and provides a shielded environment. It features low electromagnetic emission and good ESD protection. It includes a driver that provides a high logic level output for the communication and is widely used in industrial communication applications.
