Additional Infomation About Product

The MS4988 with Motor Drivers QFN-28 RoHS is an integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Ruimeng that combines four low-side MOSFET gate drivers with built-in protection features. The IC provides a reliable solution for the design of low-side power switch applications such as motors, solenoids, and relays. It is designed to withstand up to 40V of continuous DC supply, features an overvoltage protection that limits the output voltage, as well as an ESD protection level up to 2kV. The RoHS compliant IC is housed in a small QFN-28 package, measuring only 5x5mm. It operates at a temperature range of -40 to 85°C and comes at a storage temperature range between -40 and 150°C.
