Additional Infomation About Product

The SCT9320STDR is a DC-DC converter SOP-8L RoHS manufactured by SCT. The device is a synchronous rectifier technology, step-down voltage converter with internal 2A/2A MOSFET switches and control based on current sensing. It has adjustable output voltage range of 0.8 to 6V with up to 96% efficiency. It features wide 4.5-30V input voltage, programmable frequency up to 2MHz, integrated power Good signal, and over-temperature protection to ensure best heat dissipation. It also has current-mode constant frequency Control, low ripple Burst Mode operation, and soft-start & hiccup mode. The device is meant for a variety of applications including power management systems, portable medical instruments, LED lighting, automotive, and others.
