?The SE9450-HF is a RoHS-compliant Battery Management IC manufactured by Seaward. It is housed in a SOP-8-EP package and designed to provide superior accuracy for voltage and current measurements in large charging systems. The SE9450-HF has an integrated-compensation network to detect output voltage and supports Battery Cell Balancing for up to 6-Series Cell Li-Ion Battery packs. It integrates per-cell balancing circuitry and processes cell voltage and current signals with high accuracy. The SE9450-HF also features other intelligent protections such as over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current as well as short-circuit and open circuit protections for series cells. Additionally, the SE9450-HF incorporates asynchronous reset to guarantee a safe start up and restart. This device is a great choice for high-end battery management applications.
