The SKKT 72/20E H4 with Module manufactured by Semikron is a thyristor/thyristor, 2kV, 70A, A46, SEMIPACK1 module with Ufmax of 1.9V. It is designed for high voltage applications and offers an array of features including a maximum temperature of 150°C, a surge capability of 6µs, a turn off time of 15ms and an insulation system up to 4000V. The module is made of metalized ceramic with a symmetrical trilayer base plate, allowing for longer lifetime and improved switching performance.
