Additional Infomation About Product

SKM200GBD126D is a three phase diode module produced by Semikron. It is designed for use as a rectifier for AC-DC conversion and for freewheeling applications. The module has three 200A electric current carrying devices and is rated for a peak block current of 1200A. It has a reverse voltage of up to 1200V, and is equipped with heatsinks for optimal thermal performance. The easy to mount module is suitable for a range of switching frequencies, from 10kHz to 30kHz.
