The SKR20/12 with Diode is a stud rectifying diode manufactured by Semikron. With a maximum reverse voltage of 1.2 kV and a forward voltage of 1.55 V, it is rated for a maximum current of 20 A. The diode includes a M6 thread size, with a cathode side stud, and a miniSKiiP type package.
