SC202A 3.5MHz, 500mA Step-down Regulator With Integrated Inductor and Digital Programmable Output POWER MANAGEMENT Features Description Input Voltage 2.9V to 5.5V The SC202A is a high ecffi iency 500mA step-down regula - Output Voltage 0.8V to 3.3V tor that includes an integrated inductor inside the Output current capability 500mA package. The input voltage range makes it ideal for Internal inductor battery operated applications with space limitations. The Programmable output voltages 15 SC202A also includes 15 programmable output voltage High light-load efficiency via automatic PSAVE mode settings that can be selected using the four control pins, Fast transient response eliminating the need for external feedback resistors. The Temperature range -40 to +85C output voltage can be xfi ed to a single setting or dynami - Oscillator frequency 3.5MHz cally switched between dieff rent levels.
