It features input disconnect FET driver Input Disconnect FET Drive allowing power source and load separation at shutdown In-rush Current Control mode, which eliminates possible leakage current from Internal Compensation source to load. Also, it prevents catastrophic failure when Programmable Current Limit output is shorted during operation. Programmable Soft Start 800mA Typical PWM Gate Drive The SC2604 also includes temperature compensated 400kHz Switching Frequency voltage reference, internal ramp, current limit comparator, Under Voltage Lockout internally compensated error amplifier, and floating driver <200uA Shutdown Current with charge pump.
