SC33020H SC33020HQ 2A Load Switch with Reverse Current Blocking POWER MANAGEMENT Features Description The SC33020H/HQ is an integrated 2A Load Switch with Input Voltage Range .6V to 5.5V reverse current blocking. It operates from an .6V to 5.5V 2A Continuous Output Current input supply. The SC33020H/HQ leaves the output node Ultra Low Ron 32m floating when the part is disabled. Reverse Current Blocking Low Quiescent Current A The device provides extremely low 32mOhm ON resis- Low Shutdown Current 0.3A tance (R ) in an ultra-small package.
