The SC560AULTRT is a 2-phase, unipolar, low-voltage, low-power Brushless DC Motor Driver IC from Semtech. It has a high-performance, current mode architecture and bus voltage input range of 8V to 24V. This driver supports up to 12V motor applications and features an integrated FET driver for low power loss and minimal EMI generation. It also supports four modes of speed control: Step/Direction, Speed/Acceleration/Deceleration, Torque, and Bus Voltage-controlled. The SC560AULTRT contains a range of safety features such as short circuit protection, over-current protection, stall detection, and over-fair detection.
