SM36.TCT is a member of Semtech's product family of low-power, high-accuracy temperature sensors. It is designed for monitoring and tracking temperatures in a variety of applications, from industrial- and automotive-related applications to medical and consumer products. The SM36.TCT features a ±0.5°C accuracy over a temperature range of -30°C to +125°C and can measure temperatures from 0.1°C to 125°C in 0.1°C resolution. It includes an on-chip temperature module, as well as temperature tracking, temperature compensation, and thermal shutdown features for enhanced system performance. The SM36.TCT is available in a variety of packages, including a 4-pin leaded package, an MSOP-8 package, and an LGA-5 package with an enhanced thermal pad for added thermal dissipation.
