SR2.8 RailClamp Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array PROTECTION PRODUCTS Features Description ESD protection to RailClamps are surge rated diode arrays designed to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) 15kV (air), 8kV (contact) protect high speed data interfaces.
