The SRV05-4ATCT is a 3.3V microprocessor supervisory circuit from Semtech. It is used to monitor the power supply in microprocessor-based systems for accurate system start-up, reset, and voltage monitoring. The SRV05-4ATCT features an adjustable reset timeout of up to 300ms, an active low open-drain reset output, manual reset input, power-on reset, and an active-low reset status indicator. It also supports three selectable reset threshold voltages of 1.6, 2.0, and 2.5V, providing system designers with flexible options to accommodate a variety of power requirements. The device also features a power-down detection output which indicates when the input voltage has fallen below the reset threshold.
