Core
Sencera Core 801S is a state-of-the-art system-on-a-chip (SoC) designed for embedded systems that require high performance and low power consumption. It combines four processor cores – ARM Cortex-A53, Cortex-M3, Cortex-M4, and Cortex-M7 – with highly integrated peripherals and onboard FPGA fabric. The integrated FPGA fabric provides the flexibility to support custom designs for unique or specific applications. Key features of the 801S CoreSoC include:
1. Quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor: Maximum clock speed of 1.5 GHz and 32KB/32KB L1/L2 cache with hardware virtualization support.
2. Dual-core Cortex-M3/M4 MCU: Maximum clock speed of 200MHz, with up to 2 MB of flash memory and 128 KB of SRAM.
3. Cortex-M7 MCU: Maximum clock speed of 250MHz, with up to 4MB of flash memory and 256KB of SRAM.
4. Onboard FPGA fabric: Xilinx Artix-7 FPGA featuring twelve 3.125Gbps transceivers and fifty functions blocks.
5. Exceptional memory capabilities: Two DDR3/DDR3L SDRAM controllers and two DDR3/DDR3L-LPDDR3 controllers with maximum system RAM up to 2GB.
6. Rich connectivity support: Six PCIe Gen2 x1 and two USB 3.0 OTG ports for external device access.
7. Comprehensive digital interface support: HDMI/MIPI-DSI/Camera/LCD display capability and support for multiple audio codec.
8. Various power options: DC-DC converters with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support, and reconfigurable power step consuming as low as 130mW.
