The SGM2036-2.8YN5G/TR is a low dropout regulator (LDO) SOT-23-5 RoHS unit manufactured by SGMICRO. This device features a very low-dropout voltage, high-output current, and low-noise performance. It is constructed with three integrated transistors, a voltage feedback divider, an N-channel MOSFET, and a PNP transistor. The LDO has an output voltage of 2.8V with a tolerance of ±2%, a low dropout voltage, and a maximum quiescent current of up to 15 µA.
