The SGM41000-4.3YUDT6G/TR is a battery management PMIC produced by SGMICRO, Inc. It is a low-voltage, low-noise, highly efficient, and cost-effective IC designed for Li-Ion cell applications with a 1.5x2-6L RoHS UTDFN package. The PMIC provides precise regulated voltage detection as well as protection functions during Li-ion charging and discharging operations and has open circuit detection and protection for over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature. It is capable of supporting up to 4.3V output voltage and can operate in a temperature range of -40 to 85C. It is RoHS compliant and features low standby current, low power consumption, and high noise immunity. It has six pins and a built-in temperature monitor for accurate battery management and is designed for board space-constrained applications.
