It is a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) optical switch that features a low profile design, with a height of 1.2mm. It operates with a target height of 1.5mm, meaning it detects objects at a distance of 1.5mm or less. Its operating voltage is 5VDC, with a typical response time of 10 µs, a dark current of 2 nA, and an operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C.
