It is a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor which means that as temperatures increase, its resistance decreases. It is designed for surface mount applications and is a type of ceramic-encased thermistor. The resistance at 25°C is 20KO and its Beta (B) value is 3950K.
