The SD5351A is a SOT23-5 RoHS Battery Protection IC manufactured by SHOUDING. It is designed to help protect secondary batteries from overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit conditions. It can be used for a wide variety of battery-powered applications, including electronic toys, medical equipment, metering equipment, and consumer electronics. It features a low supply current, low reverse current, adjustable over-charge and over-discharge detection voltage, and adjustable over-charge and over-discharge delay time.
