The MZT8-03VPS-KR0 is a photoelectric light curtain made by Sick. It is a type 3 hard wired Safety Device that replaces mechanical guard protection. It comprises of a receiver and a transmitter unit, and detects moving objects across a protected area. It is specifically designed for basic applications in hazardous areas and includes a 128 segment resolution, making the light curtain well-suited to profile detection applications.
