The Sick UM18-217127112 Ultrasonic Angular Range Sensor is a 0-10V analogue device used for detecting objects and measuring distances up to 150mm. The device has an ultrasonic transducer, which emits and receives sound waves; a built-in controller which processes the returned signals; and an analog voltage output. It has high accuracy, repeatability, and reliability, and is able to measure angles and distances in difficult operating conditions. It is ideal for applications with angular movements, narrow corridor measurements, and contactless distance measurement with a wide range of 20 to 150mm.
