The XM1100 is part of Sierra Wireless' AirLink gateway product line. It is a rugged, high-performance, wireless broadband gateway that is designed for mission-critical industrial applications such as utilities and transportation fleets. It offers cellular and GPS connectivity, embedded firewall and VPN, and secure local or remote data management. The XM1100 also comes with Sierra Wireless' AirLink clustering technology, which allows users to monitor and manage multiple AirLink gateways as a single network.
