The SF5959 is a high performance, low power consumption DIP7 RoHS manufactured by Sifirst. It has a direct current rating (DC) of 2.4V to 40V, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, an open circuit voltage of <1V, and a resistance between 0.1O to 1.5kO.
