ElectronicsThe SGD2021 with Driver SOP-8_150mil RoHS manufactured by Sigma Electronics is a power switch IC intended for use as a DC/DC converter, specifically designed for use with engines. This power switch IC features a two-stage power factor and peak current mode control as well as an integrated short circuit and over current protection. The IC is balanced with low-loss silicon on insulator (SOI) transistor process and packaged in a 8-pin SOP-150mil RoHS compliant package. The SGD2021 provides low rhythmic noise while also possessing a wide range of adjustable operating frequency that can be adjusted to fit in various engine applications. Additionally, the SGD2021 has a wide operating range of working temperatures, extending from -40 to +125°C.
