Ultra Series Crystal Oscillator Si545 Data Sheet Ultra Low Jitter Any-Frequency XO (80 fs), 0.2 to 1500 MHz KEY FEATURES th The Si545 Ultra Series oscillator utilizes Skyworks Solutions advanced 4 genera- Available with any frequency from 0.2 tion DSPLL technology to provide an ultra-low jitter, low phase noise clock at any MHz to 1500 MHz output frequency.
