The Simcom S2-10488-Z0X06 is a miniature GPS module with a fast TimeToFirstFix of 27 seconds and a low power consumption of 40mA. It is designed to run on a 2.8 to 4.3 volt power source and has a maximum output bit rate of 4800 bps. It has an impressive acquisition sensitivity of -165dBm and an accuracy of ±2.5m. The module also provides excellent velocity accuracy of ±0.1 m/s. It is supplied in an ultra-small 12mm x 12mm SMT package.
