The SIM28ML is a GSM/GPRS module manufactured by Simcom. It is part of the SIM family and is designed for low cost and low power applications. It is based on the Qualcomm QSC1110 chipset and features integrated GSM/GPRS, control (TCP/IP, UDP) and SMS capabilities. With a maximum data rate of up to 85.6 kbps, the SIM28ML is ideal for applications such as wireless M2M communications, remote monitoring, tracking and point-of-sale solutions.
