SEBLC05 with SOD-323 ESD Protection Devices (ROHS) is a protection device developed by SINO-IC. This device is used to protect high-frequency electronic circuits such as low-capacitance ESD (Electro Static Discharge), and antenna circuits from ESD-related overvoltage by operating as a low-capacitance bidirectional TVS. It has a simple internal configuration, consisting of 4 diodes and a capacitor, and is available in a compact SOD-323 package. The low-capacitance package allows for minimal effect on signal integrity. The device has a 5-V peak operating voltage which can withstand up to 2 KV of ESD and its clamping voltage is only 0.6 V, making it ideal for applications where high-speed signals are present. It is RoHS compliant and features a low power dissipation allowing it to be used for high-density designs.
