The SINO-IC SEMF05LC with Diodes ESD SOT-353 RoHS is a dual-channel, ESD (electro-static discharge) diode in a surface-mounted SOT (Small Outline Transistor) 353 package. It is designed to protect high-speed and low-power circuits from electro-static discharge (ESD). It has an insulated gate field-effect transistor (IGFET) structure and offers a high ESD clamping capability of up to 24kV in air and 17kV on a human body model. Its low clamping voltage of 6V, low capacitance (4pF), and a low leakage current of up to 2.5nA make it ideal for ESD protection in digital and high-speed circuits. In addition, the built-in ESD protection on the pins ensures reliable operation during the manufacturing and assembly process.
