The SC91F736M28U with SOC SOP-28 RoHS is a system-on-chip (SoC) manufactured by SinOne. It is a single chip microcontroller that integrates an ARM Cortex-M0 processor core, a power management unit, dedicated peripheral accelerators, including NAND Flash, DMA and CRT (Crypto Ready Technology) IOs. It operates at up to 72 MHz and provides 16 Kb of OTP memory and 2 MB of on-chip Flash Memory for firmware. It features a power-on reset, a watchdog timer, a real-time clock, two serial communication engines (SPI and/or UART), four 5V-tolerant General Purpose Input/Outputs (GPIOs), four on-board temperature sensors, and support for up to fourteen I2C / SMBus devices.
