The SSP485 with RS-485/RS-422 ICs SOP8 RoHS manufactured by Siproin is an integrated single-channel interface chip, designed specifically for use in Automation, Industrial Control, and Multimedia applications. It is easily integrated into a variety of systems and features a low-power, low-voltage design. The device uses the single-chip SIPROIN SSP485 technology to support both the RS-485 and RS-422 standards. The IC is available in SOP8 RoHS package and is RoHS compliant. It has an operating voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V and can operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The SSP485's high-speed interfaces provide up to 24Mbps data rate in half duplex mode. The device features an onboard Auto Flow Control and supports both point-to-point and multi-point communication bus structures. Additionally, the IC has a built-in limited ESD protection, with an overvoltage latchOFF function.
