Additional Infomation About Product

The SIT1021T with SOP8 LIN Transceiver ROHS is an electronic part manufactured by SIT that is designed for automotive applications. It is a low-voltage, low-power, single-channel LIN transceiver with an enhanced protection circuit used for signal transmission in in-vehicle network applications. It supports LIN 2.2A, 2.0A and J2602 specifications and meets the pulse shape requirements of ISO 17987. It also meets the emission requirements of CISPR25 Class 5. It is capable of operating from a supply voltage range of 5V to 32V and offers a maximum communication speed of 10 Mbps. It also features an integrated wake-up circuit for sleep mode activation and a sleep mode indicator for status monitoring. The SIT1021T is available in an 8-pin small-outline package and is RoHS compliant.
