SKY13396-397LF is a Dual-Pole Double-Throw (DPDT) radio frequency (RF) switch that’s manufactured by Skyworks. It has a very wide frequency range, operating from 100MHz up to 3GHz, with a typical insertion loss of 18dB. This RF switch operates from a single control voltage, and can be easily cascaded with other devices. It has 12-Pin Pad Quad Flat No-Lead (PQFN EP T/R) packaging and is ideal for applications that require good linearity performance and isolation. It’s suitable for a broad range of applications, from cellular base transceiver station (BTS) to Wi-Fi systems.
