The LM317 with Linear Voltage Regulators TO-220 RoHS manufactured by SLKORMICRO is a two-terminal adjustable regulator capable of producing output voltages ranging from 1.25 to 37 volts with a load current of up to 1.5A. It features an internal voltage regulator with guaranteed thermal protection, adjustable current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. It also offers protection from reverse current, overvoltage and temperature transients and can be used with a variety of AC or DC input sources. The TO-220 RoHS compliant package makes it an attractive choice for general purpose and harsh/corrosive environment applications.
