The SL494CN with Switching Controllers DIP-16 RoHS is a 16-pin DIP integrated circuit manufactured by SLKORMICRO. This device is designed to provide control logic for high current switchmode power supplies. It combines all the hardware and control logic functions necessary to implement resonant or non-resonant switchmode power converters, such as flyback and forward converters.This integrated circuit includes a voltage regulation loop and adjustable high and low side current limit functions to ensure excellent loop stability and system current limitation. In addition, it contains an optimized soft start circuit to reduce system inrush current. It also features a low-frequency synchronous operation mode, under-voltage lock-out protection and thermal shutdown protection.The SL494CN is RoHS compliant and comes with a UL and JEDEC certification, making it well-suited for industrial applications. Its operating temperature range is -55 to +150°C.
