The SLSRV05-4 is an ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) protection device manufactured by SLKORMICRO, packaged in an SOT-23-6 form factor with ROHS compliant materials. The device provides bidirectional protection and is designed for high speed signal lines that are profiled to ESD and IEC61000 levels.
