The SM03C SOT-23 ESD Protection Device, manufactured by SLKORMICRO, is a silicon bilateral voltage-clamping switch designed to provide electronic transient protection from electrostatic discharges (ESD) and other destructive over-voltage transients. It offers excellent ESD protection, low clamping voltage, and low leakage current, while protecting both sides of the data line. It is compliant with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) level 4 and MIL-STD-883H (ESD) level 2 standards. The device is RoHS compliant, and has a SOT-23 package. The SM03C is suitable for applications such as low voltage data ports, protection of high speed data channels, and protection of sensitive RF components.
