The US1GF with SMAF Diodes - Fast Recovery Rectifiers ROHS is a two-terminal semiconductor device manufactured by SLKORMICRO. It is designed to reduce voltage and current spikes in microwave circuit applications. The two-terminal semiconductor device is capable of passing large current and blocks voltage in reverse direction. It has a fast recovery time which helps to minimize current surges and voltage spikes in applications such as RF power amplifiers, RF electronic power supplies, and inner stage circuit protection circuits. The device has an Ultra Fast Soft Recovery characteristic and a low profile SMAF package design for improved thermal and electrical performance. The diodes are RoHS compliant and have been tested and verified to meet UL and CSA standards.
